When it comes to inspiration, you don't get more inspirational than taking it from America's Oprah Winfrey to launch your own public relations company...

Caroline Lashey, who bears an uncanny resemblance to the famous chat show host, the driving force behind setting up a public relations company, The Editor's Office, was from America's Oprah Winfrey.

The office, which is based in London, is aimed at start-up companies to get the press interested in their products and services at an affordable price.

Before launching The Editor's Office, Caroline - armed with determination and ambition - spent a considerable amount of time and effort in researching the market and honing her skills which include journalism, photography and internet research.

The Editor's Office plans to concentrate on fashion, music, legal and business.

Caroline's plan for the guture feature expansion into other areas of the media. She said: "I hope The Editor's Office expands to include areas such as e-publishing, films and views, even programming for radio and television - in fact, anything that can be edited, that will come under The Editor's Office's umbrella!"
